Delivery
Rayaal currently delivers within Pakistan.
Standard delivery is PKR 300 on orders below PKR 3,000. Delivery is free automatically when the order total qualifies at PKR 3,000 or more.
If you need an order by a particular date, contact Rayaal before ordering so we can confirm the current dispatch expectation for your order.
Exchanges
Please use the Rayaal Kufi Size Guide and measure twice before choosing your size.
If you need help with an exchange, contact Rayaal before sending any item back. We will confirm the applicable exchange eligibility, item-condition requirements, stock availability and courier arrangements before a return is sent.
Do not send an item back without confirmation from Rayaal.
